My Hometown: Kediri
Kediri is one of the oldest cities in East Java, located about 130 km southwest of Surabaya. Covering 63.40 km² with a population of over 300,000, the city is divided by the Brantas River, which gives it a refreshing and scenic atmosphere.
Known as a major center for sugar and tobacco production and home to Gudang Garam, Kediri also holds rich cultural and historical value. To me, it is more than just a hometown— it is a place of stories, heritage, and warm community spirit.
